There’s something for everyone at Yates Cider Mill!

From the very young to the older generation, we offer a safe and relaxing environment. While enjoying the beautiful Michigan countryside, take time out for a snack or refreshment at one of the concession stands.

On weekends in September and October, you can enjoy knackwurst, hot dogs and cinnamon almonds. Cotton candy and popcorn are favorites at Yates Cider Mill.

Your children will enjoy feeding our Farm Animals all week and our Pony Rides on weekends.  Keep an eye and an ear open for the railroad crossing lights and bells…most kids love to watch the Pulp Car haul it’s load to the dumping area to see up to 160 bushels of pressed apple pumice fall into the dumpster.

Just over the small bridge is the Fudge Shoppe. Inside, several varieties of fudge are made by Frankenmuth Fudge Kitchen. The fudge is made using only the finest, all natural ingredients.

You’ll want to visit the Apple Tent where you can find a few products that aren’t available inside the Mill.  Every week, we buy fresh apples from a local orchard grower so you can bag your own apples and pick the size, shape, colors, and varieties you like the best!  Pre-bagged apples are also available for your convenience.
